Buildings Dictionary

Even those who play Clash of Clans for quite a while run into a term that they are not familiar with. This is why we have compiled a quick dictionary of most commonly used building names. Next time you chat with another player you will be sure that you understand what they are talking about!

The list is ordered alphabetically. First comes the word and then the slang used for it.

Buildings dictionary:

  • Air Defense – AD
  • Air Sweeper – AS, sweeper, leaf blower, hair dryer, blower
  • Archer Queen – AQ, queen, AQueen,
  • Archer Tower – AT, Arch Tower
  • Army Camp – AC, camps, army, troops
  • Barbarian King – BK, king, BKing, Burger King
  • Barracks – racks, rax, brax
  • Builder’s Hut – hut, builder
  • Cannon – Cnon, cnn
  • Clan Castle – CC, castle
  • Dark Barracks – DB, Dark racks, dark rax
  • Dark Spell Factory – DF factory, DSF
  • Dark Elixir Storage – DES, DE store
  • Dark Elixir Drill – DED, drill
  • Elixir Collector – EC, collector, pumps, stills
  • Elixir Storage – ES, lix storage, store
  • Gold Mine – GM, mine

    • Level 11 – magma, OJ. Previously known as zaps

As you see, some of them are quite easy to predict while some are harder. If you learn this lingo it will be much easier to communicate with others and understand what they mean!
